I've never been much of an athletic person. Now, I may have been a cheerleader during 7th-9th grades, but my true talent and interest was always in the arts - band, choir, theater, and speech team.

Fast-forward to today and, as of the recording of this episode, I've completed a 10-mile race and am about to start training for a marathon. 🤯
I've finally found an athletic activity I enjoy that can be completed nearly anytime, anywhere, with no excuses. Not only do I look forward to running for the physical and mental health benefits, but I feel like developing this appreciation and desire for running helps me be a better mom.
